Terms

All customers are expected to conducted themselves in a civilised manner. Passengers are responsible for any interior or exterior damage they may incurr to the vehicle, and are expected to pay for such damage.

Deposits are non-refundable. Balance to be paid one month before the event. A deposit of £100 secures the booking. Cancellations within one month of the event cannot be refunded.

No smoking at all in this vehicle. We expect sensible use of alcohol in this vehicle, over 18s only.

Payment is required in full if your hire is within 1 month of the booking date.

No car or date is considered reserved without a deposit and booking form.

We will always write a confirmation letter for every booking. If you do not receive this please call us as soon as possible as this may mean we have not received your deposit.

Cancellations will only be accepted up to 30 days before the wedding. If a final payment has been made prior to it's due date then we will refund this portion of the hire charge ie: before the 30 days before hire period.

Deposits are strictly Non refundable, but may be used against a future booking if the wedding is postponed.

Any refunds made will be paid back to either a credit card if Paypal was used or via cheque this will levy a £10.00 charge to cover our administration costs.

Unpaid /bounced cheques will levy a £7.50 charge as this is what we are charged by the bank.

Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
